I was doing some modding research, and I found a link to a thread that might help with your PD scripting problems, Akula. Apparently switching around the numbers of troops may fix some PD modding problems.

Note to Akula:

I went through your reworking of Hesalt, and there were a few errors in weapon IDs and one leader tag. However, I didn't see anything obviously wrong with the PD. My greatest concern is the number of nameless, statless, and sometimes hard-to-trace unit entries I keep finding. I'm going to try and start a new .dm from scratch and port your work over. Hopefully, that should stop all the weird code left over from Hesalt that may be messing things up.
